We will collaborate with you to determine the best method for ensuring your availability, which will be backed up by our 100% availability guarantee SLA.
We can keep backups of all or selected critical data accessible or restorable from one of our managed locations using our BAAS (Backup as a Service). The frequency and duration of data retention can be discussed and configured during the initial consultation, and if these requirements change, simply contact our Account Management team, who will be happy to assist.
We carefully selected our data center locations to ensure both a high level of service and a convenient geographic location. As standard, you receive one hour of remote assistance per month for your solutions; however, if you’d prefer to dictate the changes and avoid travel, we can adjust the number of hours you receive per month to meet your needs.
Our network team is highly qualified, and in addition to monitoring and maintaining our network on a proactive basis, they can assist you with route optimization, performance, reliability, and network security.
